KeymasterMy suggestion is that you foundation piece Block 34. Cheers, Lyn

KeymasterYou can also do it the following way:
Cut 5 of 2.5″ blocks in black fabric.
Stitch the coloured triangles to the corner of the black square, flip them into place and then trim the black fabric from behind the triangle.

KeymasterHi Betty, you can start piecing the blocks together any time you like.
I am planning to piece together in order – eg Row A: blocks 1-6; Row B: blocks 7-12 etc – but that is not necessary. You can add the blocks any way you like.
Haven’t giving the quilting much thought yet!

KeymasterLadies, I am sorry. There is a problem with the cutting of the dark center for Block 29.
I cannot do anything about it tonight, but will sort it in the morning.
Cheers, Lynadmin
KeymasterI am sorry ladies, that there has been so frustrating for you.
Four new blocks went up today. This is not stock piling. It helps me to be able to put blocks up for a couple of weeks ahead.
I don’t know whether you realise or not, but I am doing the Mystery quilt blocks by myself, and it is quite intensive, obviously.
At the same time, I am contacting venues that we use to get their Covid-safe plans so that we can plan for the future of our meetings. Not all venues are cooperating. Also contacting members to get articles written for Material Facts. So, not having a holiday, continuing to work for QQ.

KeymasterNot sure why, but it seems that the second detail page didn’t upload.]
You are correct, it is a 2″ (cut 2.5″ block) with the triangles stitched at the tip.
Cheers, Lynadmin
KeymasterYes, there is a 1/4″ seam allowance included in the measurements.
Cheers, Lynadmin
KeymasterDefinitely needs to be moved! Thanks, ladies. 🙂

KeymasterJudy, check the Measurements Chart for the HSTs. It depends on whether you are making them 2 at a time or 8 at a time.
Finished size is 2″

KeymasterSue, let me work on it! I will try to find a way to set up a gallery where we can all upload.
Thanks for the suggestion and the photos. Cheers, Lyn -
